IN OTHER NEWS:
Earlier in the year, legal parties argued whether a video of a police interrogation could be tendered during a trial.
At Wagga District Court on Friday, Judge Gordon Lerve ruled that the video from question 56 would not be permitted as evidence in court.
However, he did allow the account of one witness to be tendered as evidence.
Judge Lerve also ruled that it would be a judge-alone trial.
The matter will return to Wagga District Court on September 10 for a mention. A date for the trial has not yet been set.
