The William Farrer Hotel staff will qualify for an incentive from the Harvest Hotels group, which also owns and operates pubs at Albury, Tamworth and Dubbo.
Fraser Haughton, a director of Harvest Hotels, said the group wanted to lead by example to stop the spread of the virus.
"We want to lead by example and help to stop the spread of the virus, so we are supporting our staff in getting vaccinated against COVID-19," he said.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"Every time regional communities go into a lockdown; hospitality venues are forced to shut, and our staff lose work.
"We know that 'rolling up our sleeves for the jab' is the only way out of the pandemic, so this $100 allowance is our small way of encouraging our employees who can, to get vaccinated."
Harvest Hotels co-founder Chris Cornforth said the $100 would be transferred to full-time and casual staff who got vaccinated including those who had already had the jab.
"Most of our staff are casual who don't have sick leave so this may help get them across the line," he said.
"We want to keep our team safe and the community feeling comfortable coming in to our venues."
