A two-time A Grade Jets premiership player (as coach in 2007 and then in 2011), O'Brien also won a league medal in 2005 (and was runner-up in 2009) but said the friendships along the way are valued most highly.
The defender is assistant coach of A Grade this season and will bring up the milestone in A Reserve at Coleambally on Saturday.
"I'm really excited and pretty humbled that I've had the opportunity to play that many games at the Jets," O'Brien said.
"I'm proud to be a part of the club... you can't beat small towns and being part of such a wonderful club is really important to our family."
A Jerilderie junior, O'Brien won a Coreen League best-and-fairest with her home club in 2000 and then back-to-back Riverina League B Grade flags and league medals at Turvey Park (2001-02).
She joined the Jets after meeting Ged and her 200 games has also included an A Reserve premiership and league medal in more recent years.
The career achievements also include a stunning six A Grade club best-and-fairest awards at the Jets, including a hat-trick from 2004 to 2006, and going back-to-back in 2009-2010.
O'Brien said her fellow defender Chloe Tidd and 2011 premiership centre Lauren Krause are among her most highly-rated teammates throughout her career.
Tash Lennon (Collingullie), Rhiannon Delahunty (Marrar) and fellow Jerilderie junior Lauren Pound (Coleambally) are some of the talented opponents she's come across on the court.
