He's looking at four to six weeks with a medial ligament issue.

The major semi-final is in four weeks, with the grand final six weeks away.

After moving a win clear of Southcity in the battle for the minor premiership with their 22-18 win at Twickenham, Blues co-coach Zac Masters is hoping to maintain their place on top of the ladder to minimise the games Aroha-Tuinauvai will miss.

"It will be four weeks if we can win the next two to earn that week off," Masters said.

"That is his plan to try to get back for that finals game at home.

"It's not the greatest timing but we just have to deal with it and there are plenty of blokes who can do a job for us, and who have done that all year at different times.

"We will manage and just have to get through the next couple of weeks with no more major injuries."

Tumut tackles Albury and Temora in the last two games of the regular season as they look to maintain their grasp on top spot and ensure the major semi-final will be played at Twickenham on September 5.

However their depth will be put to the test as Lewis Arragon also sustained a hamstring injury in the tight win.

As such Tom Hickson is expected to shift into the centres for Tumut's clash with Albury at Greenfield Park on Saturday.

"I will have to speak to Lachie (Bristow) but I think that is the way we will be going," Masters said.

"Obviously Lewis Arragon has done a job for us there previously but has done is hammy as well and might be out for a few weeks.

"I would think we would go with Tommy there as there are a couple of different options to play on the wing."

Meanwhile Southcity are still waiting for a full prognosis on their own representative centre.

X-rays have cleared Cody Hodge of any breaks after he damaged his ankle to start of the second half of the clash.

However he is still unsure of just what damage has been done.

"I had an X-ray (on Sunday) and there are no breaks but I have to wait to see what the physio says on Wednesday and go from there," Hodge said.

"Hopefully it is not too serious as it is very frustrating."

Hodge scored hat-tricks in the first three rounds of the season before injuring his elbow in his next game for the Bulls.

He missed nine games with the issue before picking up a different problem in his return game.

Both injuries have come in losses to Tumut.

Southcity went into the clash without Daniel Foley, who has shifted into the centres to cover Hodge.

Captain-coach Nathan Rose is hopeful a groin complaint won't have him on the sidelines for too long.

"Hopefully Cody isn't too bad and we have Foles to come back as well," Rose said.

"He brings plenty of experience but we will have to see how they go through the week.

"(Foley) picked up a little bit of a groin injury against Young and it felt good against Roos but it's just pulled up a little bit sore.

"We thought it was best to try to look after him coming into finals time."
