The venue was confirmed on Wednesday morning following discussions between all three clubs and Federation Council.
Osborne is now outside the border bubble so the switch allows any Victoria-based players and officials to take part.
Albury Sportsground was mooted as a possible location for the clash but Tigers president Jason Gooden said Howlong ticked all the boxes.
"The family connection with the football and netball was important," he said.
"Howlong's part of the Hume league, they've got great facilities and we can all stay together.
"Albury were very good to us but they've only got the one netball court so it meant netballers would have had to split up.
"We're a family club and this is a family league so that's very important.
"We're just so lucky to play football and netball and have a crowd."

Gooden thanked Howlong and the local authorities for their co-operation in getting the games on.
"There's a lot of things to do, you've got to go through council," he explained.
"We had to work with Federation Council because they're the over-seers of the ground.
"People all want to know where you're playing but you've got to go through the right processes.
"You've got to send your COVID safety plan and your public liability certificate, so it's not a five-minute job.
"It's massive work. I'm lucky I'm not a first-year president."
Osborne and Holbrook are inside the top-three across all grades of football and the Tigers netballers are flying so it promises to be quite an occasion.
"There's nothing stopping us playing at Osborne but we're doing it for the betterment of footy," Gooden said.
"It gives the Howlong people a game to go to and Holbrook are second on the ladder.
"We want to be coming up against the best team and both teams want to be playing against the best players.
"Howlong's ground got the tick of approval from Federation Council yesterday.
"It's a little bit soft but with the forecast of dry weather for the rest of the week, it's going to get better.
"We'd like to get as many people there as possible."
Lockhart has moved its all-important clash against Henty to Walbundrie for the same reasons.
