A teenager who was flown to a Sydney hospital after he was flung from a vehicle in a Wagga car park remains in a stable condition.

Emergency services raced to the scene at the Equex Centre on Copland Street about 10.15pm on Thursday after reports a young man suffered severe injuries.
On Friday, Riverina Police District Superintendent Bob Noble said two 17-year-old boys were sitting on the bonnet of a moving car when it stopped, and they were thrown from the vehicle.
"One of the boys suffered extremely serious injuries and was flown to St George Hospital, and he is in a critical condition," he said.

A spokesperson for the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District said the 17-year-old was in a stable condition.
