The third-placed Aces went down by three goals to Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes in last year's grand final, and their only two losses this season have been against the Goannas.
The Aces defeated Nixons 99-54 on Wednesday to move to 6-2, and are behind only MCUE and Charles Sturt University on the table.
"As the season goes further I feel more and more confident we'll be hitting our stride come finals time," Reynoldson said.

"We've got a lot of girls who have played a lot of netball and are very experienced, but it's their first time playing together and they're really starting to read off each other now."
In other matches Charles Sturt University accounted for New Kids Attack 62-43, Shooting Stars beat Uranquinty 71-45 and Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes defeated Turvey Park 58-46.
