Moderate rainfall from a cold front on Wednesday has resulted in the Bureau of Meteorology continuing to issue a flood watch for the Murrumbidgee, Tumut and Belubula rivers.

The Murrumbidgee River levels were steadying at 2pm for Wagga on Wednesday to 6.17 metres. Although the level has risen one metre since Tuesday morning.
Meanwhile, the level of Tumut River at Tumut was at 1 metre. A minor flood warning is also current for the Lachlan River.

Burrinjuck Dam was sittng at 102.1 per cent over capacity on Wednesday, which is continuing to spill.
While Blowering is nearing capacity at 99.7 per cent, with it predicted to reach maximum water levels in the short term.
The SES is advising residents to: "Monitor the latest weather forecasts and warnings and be ready to move to higher ground should flooding develop and never drive, ride or walk-through flood water. Flood water can be deceptive and dangerous."
Landholders are advised to move stock and equipment to higher ground, organise enough feed for animals and move waste, chemicals and poisons to high storage locations.
