Winless CSU stuck it to them in the first half of their clash at Conolly Rugby Complex on Saturday.
The Bulls took a 13-5 lead into half-time and from there were really able to ram home their advantage.
Coach Ray Wells thought cutting down their errors really helped the side take control of the clash.
"At half-time I said to the guys that we had to absorb the pressure, stop our mistakes and just be patient," Wells said.
"We were trying to do too much too early but once we did that and really cut out the mistakes we started to get some points."
Wells thought the team returned to their structures in the second half which allowed their attack to straighten up.
From there they found plenty of inroads through the Reddies.
Vincent Wise scored a hat-trick in the 32-5 win.

The win moves Tumut level with Albury as they look to finish in fourth place.
The Steamers were the beneficiary of a draw after not playing their game with Waratahs due to issues surrounding the Victorian lockdown.
They remain in fourth on for and against.
Tumut have a much bigger test when they host Waratahs on Saturday.
Wells just wants to focus on what the side can control.
"Everything is in our hands so we're not going to worry about what could be or what could happen. We just need to win games and the rest will look after itself," he said.
"We know there is a big test coming up this weekend against Waratahs."
However he believes the side is finally coming good as the end of the season approaches.
"Everyone is starting to lift their game now and we're starting to have some understanding on what we are trying to do," Wells said.
"Everyone is buying into it and we're starting to head in the right direction."
Meanwhile Griffith made it four wins in a row with a 43-15 win over Ag College at Exies Oval.
Hamish Wrafter and Allen Millen both crossed for doubles in the win.
Coach Chris McGregor is pleased with how the side is building despite a number of injury concerns.
"Hamish Wrafter got us across the field, Emanuel Dutack controlled the game really well, putting our side consistently in a good field position, and our forwards had a strong game beginning to end," McGregor said.
However the Blacks will face a tougher test when they face Wagga City next week.
Ag College are drawn to play Albury but the Steamers won't line up if the Victorian lockdown doesn't end this week.
