Sam Longmore, Josh Campbell and Rhyce Doneley will all come in for the Saints' trip to Ardlethan.
Campbell will come in after missing three weeks with a bad head knock he sustained against East Wagga-Kooringal. His return will give the Saints another key forward option alongside Daniel Jordan.
Corey Watt pulled up well from a knock to the shins in last week's win over Coleambally, while Elliott Winter has recovered after showing symptoms of hyperthermia shortly after the final siren.
The Saints will only be missing key defender Lachie Johnson, who remains out for another week. That means Ky Hanlon is likely to get the job on Matt Wallis, should he return for Northern Jets.
The Jets upset the Saints earlier this year, and come in on the back of some top form.
"I'm keen as, it should be a good game," North Wagga coach Cayden Winter said.
It has been a tricky preparation for North Wagga, who have had to deal with McPherson Oval being closed for the week.
The Saints' first grade squad were set to train on Nathan Dennis' tennis court on Thursday, as they look to prepare for Saturday's big game.
