Bartley lines up I Am Speed and Tingiringi among her four races at Riverina Paceway on Friday.
I Am Speed produced the goods to win on the track last week.
Bartley admitted she was surprised by the 8.5-metre win, but hopes she can back it up in the mares race.
"The first start we gave her she ran third but had some trouble steering around that last corner but we've straightened that out and she went really well," Bartley said.
"She probably surprised me a bit with how she ran away from that as she hasn't done much in track work."
Bartley isn't sure what to expect from half-sister Tingiringi, who lines up for her first start with her new stable.
After showing plenty of promising signs as a three-year-old, which included being placed at group one, the mare hasn't won in 15 months.
However she has drawn well in barrier two.

Both could head towards a new mares series, similar to the Menangle Country Series.
Heats for up to 60 mares will be run at Wagga on August 20 with the final at Menangle eight days later.
Bartley also lines up stable favourite Tygerphinn.
However after winning at Leeton two starts back, she is concerned by the grade he's found himself in.
"When he won that last race it's put him up to a grade he's never looked like being in so we'll just have to drive him for luck," Bartley said.
Heza Blaster rounds out the quartet.
He has been the model of consistency for the stable with a win and seven placings from 10 starts.
He was unplaced last time out, but finds an easier assignment this time around.
"He's got a completely different attitude to what he had last time he was in work," Bartley said.
"He's a lot more casual and relaxed and now is a pleasure to do anything with."
Bartley has also picked up a drive for Peter Birks on Sarah Anne in the final race of the card.
After driving the mare to a third when resuming last time out she expects she will have benefitted from the run.
