Inglis was reported in Saturday's loss to Collingullie-Glenfield Park at Crossroads Oval.
Inglis can accept a two-game suspension with an early guilty plea.
The offence has a base suspension of three games after it was assessed as a medium comment, directed at the umpire and the conduct was abusive.
Narrandera have until Tuesday to respond. The Eagles face Leeton-Whitton, Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes and Wagga Tigers over the next three weeks.
Meantime, Griffith's Angus Bartter can accept a reprimand for his match-day striking report.
Bartter was reported for striking Wagga Tigers' Brendy Myers in the fourth quarter of the game at Robertson Oval on Saturday.
It was assessed as a low level offence and he can accept a reprimand with an early guilty plea.
