The three Sydneysiders travelled in two trucks, though this was only uncovered days into discussions with public health teams, making many stops over their three day journey.
Victoria's COVID Commander Jerone Weimar has expressed extreme frustration with the removalists and moving company - labelling them 'rogue operators'.
When asked if they were being deliberately withholding, Mr Weimar said "well, they're not being deliberately forthcoming, you can put it that way."
Despite this, all three state health departments have refused to publicly name the company.
Victorian premier Daniel Andrews said a file from the public health team on the men had been been passed onto police in NSW, SA and Victoria.
Below are the known exposure sites associated with the removalists.
Authorities have not revealed which of the two trucks were at each stop.
JULY 8
The Sydney-based removalists are thought to have left Sydney on July 8.
They stopped at the Shell Coles Express on the Hume Highway Gundagai from 1am to 1.30am.
The removalists stopped at Caltex and Hungry Jack's in Kalkallo.
Anyone at either venue between 9.07am and 10.06am must isolate and be tested.
The removalists made a drop-off at Craigieburn on July 8. The family is isolating and have been tested.
They then arrived at Ariele Apartments, Maribyrnong to move a client. The client did not test positive as they were wearing a mask but four neighbours contracted COVID-19.
Anyone in the building between 1pm to 11.59pm must isolate.
The removalists attended the Mobil Ballan and McDonald's Ballan, on the westbound side of the Western Freeway on July 8.
Anyone who was at either spot between 5pm and 7pm must isolate and get tested.
JULY 9
Only July 9, the removalists are thought to have driven to South Australia.
They spent five hours unloading furniture at a house in McLaren Vale. The family moving tested negative for COVID.
They also attended the Shell Petrol Station at Tailem Bend.
Anyone who was at the service station between 5.20pm and 7pm must be tested and isolate.
JULY 10
The removalists return to the NSW and attended Hay Shell.
Anyone who was at the Hay Shell Roadhouse between 7.30am and 8am must isolate for 14 days and be tested.
The removalists also visited Jindera.
Then, the removalists visited JETIS Truck Wreckers in Fallon Street, North Albury between 12pm and 12.40pm.
One close contact from this venue has been identified and has been tested and is isolating.
Finally the removalists attended Hungry Jack's Marulan.
Anyone who was at the venue between 5pm and 5.30pm must be tested and isolate.
