Police charged the man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, with more than 20 offences, including eleven counts of intentionally sexually touching a child.
However, the Department of Public Prosecutions confirmed that more than 15 of these charges would be dropped.
The 41-year-old offender's lawyer, Michael Camerer, appeared at Wagga Local Court on Wednesday on his client's behalf.
Mr Camerer told the court his client pleaded guilty to charges of intentionally sexually touch a 15-year-old child, travel to meet a child aged 15 groomed for sexual activity, and aggravated sexual intercourse with a child over 14 and under 16.
Court documents show the offences occurred between January and March 2020, and the 15-year-old was under the authority of the man. The matter will go to Wagga District Court for sentencing.
