Police are appealing to the public to help piece together what happened after a driver came across the scene of a crashed motorcycle.

About 2.40pm on Sunday, a man was riding his motorcycle along Whitton Darlington Point Road when he crashed about a kilometre east of Kooba Street.
The 62-year-old rider suffered serious head injuries and was found by a passing motorist.
Officers attached to Murrumbidgee Police District attended and established a crime scene, which was examined by specialist forensic police.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The man was taken to Wagga Base Hospital where he was also treated for internal injuries, which are not considered life-threatening.
