There really is never a dull moment in the theatre.
The past couple of weeks have been a stark reminder that COVID is not behind us, as NSW restrictions kicked into gear and we found ourselves donning masks, sanitising more regularly and possibly giving those QR check-in codes at the supermarket a little more respect.
While we have had some disappointment with theatre plans cancelled during the school holidays, we are feeling fortunate to be located in regional NSW and optimistic about the rest of the year.
So for now, the shows do go on and we are doing whatever we can to support performing artists. There are still more shows than ever on sale and the Service NSW Discover vouchers have been extended to give you more time to redeem them.
So take a look at what's coming up, support live performance and book your tickets. Put some dates in your calendar with the confidence that if things change, you will be entitled to receive a full refund.
The Civic Theatre is carefully monitoring government regulations and health advice. We are operating under a comprehensive COVID Safe plan and the health and safety of our guests, performers and staff remain our highest priority.
If you have tickets for an upcoming show we will keep you informed of the latest audience requirements as part of our commitment to keeping everyone safe.
