The Saints have decided to contest Winter's report at the tribunal, which will sit at AFL House in Wagga at 7pm.
Winter was reported for rough conduct in the Saints' win over Coleambally on Saturday, where it is alleged he performed a dangerous tackle on Coleambally's James Buchanan.
The tackle was graded as careless, high contact and high impact, which equals a three game suspension. Winter could have taken two with an early guilty plea but the Saints have chosen to take it to the tribunal instead.
The Saints have a big clash against ladder leaders, Marrar, at Langtry Oval on Saturday. They face Barellan and Northern Jets after that.
