A man has been charged after raids on Riverina houses and a bushland search uncovered guns and drugs.

On June 18, police teams raided two houses at the same time in Tumut and Bombowlee.
Officers found seven firearms, including a sawn-off .410 calibre shot gun with its serial number removed.
Police also seized an M4 carbine assault rifle-style gel blaster, two extendable batons, aerosol cannons, cannabis and methylamphetamine.

The items seized will undergo forensic examination.
Police allege that during one of the searches, a man ran from the scene.
About 5.45pm on Thursday, police arrested a 25-year-old man on Kirra Street, Tumut.
He has since been charged with several offences, including possessing unauthorised prohibited firearm and use prohibited weapons contrary to prohibition order.
Investigations also led officers to remote bushland 20 kilometres from Tumut, where they seized an additional four rifles.
The Tumut man appeared in Wagga Local Court on Friday, where he was formally refused bail to appear in Tumut Local Court on Monday.
