The Wanderers are looking to bounce back from a disappointing 6-2 loss to Yoogali and get the perfect opportunity when they host the bottom-placed Weston Molonglo at Gissing Oval on Saturday.
Leonard labelled last week's loss to Yoogali as a 'debacle' and wants to see a response from his team this weekend.
"Definitely after last week's debacle. I've put a bit of pressure on them to bounce back to the way we know we've been playing," Leonard said.
"The only thing that might hurt us is we've got a few injuries. But anyway, it is what it is. We're struggling a little bit that way, but it's an excuse we don't like to use.
"If we stick to what we've been doing and get back on track, I'm extremely confident we can get something out of this weekend. That's the pressure I'll be putting on the boys."
Among those struggling with injury is striker Jake Ploenges, who is unlikely to line-up on Saturday. Ben Mavor will miss the game due to a hamstring injury he picked up last Sunday, while Josh Timothy-Nesbitt, Logan Flanagan and Matt Moffat are also out.

Despite that, Leonard believes the 3-1 loss to Weston Molonglo earlier in the year, the Magpies' only win for the season, was one that got away and is keen to right the wrong on Saturday.
"Through the first round, apart from White Eagles and Brindabella, that's the team we can honestly say we should have beaten them that day," he said.
"It was one that definitely slipped away from us in the end. The shots we had on goal, were in around the 18, even the six yard, was just phenomenal. It just wasn't our day unfortunately.
"I've put a bit of pressure on the boys this week that nothing less than three points, or a point at the minimum, will be good enough."
Leonard said it was also important to bounce back from last week.
"It was just one of those things where they gave us a complete footballing lesson," he said.
"We weren't switched on, we weren't in the game really. They definitely gave us a footballing lesson, which was really, really disappointing because of the way we had been playing leading up to that.
"I said to the boys, it's one that we need to forget because that doesn't define our last five weeks."
