Following investigations, Wagga police officers visited a house in Ashmont where they spoke with an 18-year-old man.
He issued a court attendance notice, and is due to front Wagga Local Court on August 11.
The investigations were initially sparked after officers from the Traffic and Highway Patrol Command's South West Regional Puma received several complaints about drivers doing burnouts between April and May this year.
Wagga police are continuing their investigations.
This would not be the first time Riverina police had caught drivers allegedly performing burnouts on social media.
In March two men were arrested in Junee, after a 19-year-old allegedly filmed a 29-year-old performing a 130m-long burnout on Cedric Street.
In October last year a P-plater was charged after social media footage spread of him allegedly performing burnouts on Dorset Road, Bomen.
