The 17-year-old's latest offending resulted in a string of charges, including from a police pursuit in which he hit 150km/h on the Hume Freeway.
Police said the youth was a "recidivist offender".
Appearing via a video link to jail, where he has been held bail refused, the teenager pleaded guilty to three charges of being carried in a conveyance without the consent of the owner, dishonestly obtain property by deception, two larceny charges, police pursuit and never licensed person drive vehicle on a public road.

A co-accused, 19, stole a car at Jindera early on March 16, the keys having been left in the ignition after the door locks were damaged during a break-in a few weeks earlier.
He drove the car to Wodonga, stole a set of number plates and then returned to Albury, pulling into the Coles Express in Lavington at 2.38am.
The youth put $69 of fuel into the car before trying to go into the shop, but the doors were locked as the attendant was using the toilet.
They drove off without paying.
Police saw the car the following day in Hibiscus Avenue, West Albury.
Checks revealed the Ford Falcon was stolen.
The other man fled police, jumping a back fence and throwing away the keys as he took off into bushland.
Other incidents took place in East Albury and Springdale Heights on April 5 and over the following two days, including the pursuit on April 7.
The youth will be sentenced on September 2.
