Stacey and Lack proved too good for North Albury's Duane Crowe, subbing in for David Brown, and Andrew Hirst in a gripping final.
It came down to the last end with the Temora combination taking a 19-18 win.
It helped make up for Lack going down in the singles final last weekend.
North Albury started their campaign win a 28-11 win over Leeton and District's Brian Harris and Max Harris before taking down Rules Club's Darren Conroy and Roy Hope to top section one.
On the other hand Temora scored a 27-16 win over Tumut's Steve Poole and Adam Peel before coming through another thriller to down Harden combination John Harriot and Shane Foote.
Meanwhile Rules Club pairing of Noel O'Brien and Ross Maguire took out the seniors final.
The Wagga combination proved far too good for Club Tumut's John Humphries and Graeme Rossiter, taking a 21-4 victory.
The president's reserve competition was tight after with all three Section A teams finishing with one win apiece.
With Coolamon and Howlong unable to be separated after finishing on two points and plus it a countback on the number of ends won was required.
Howlong's Rick Crofts and Les Pilfoot made it through to the final by the skin of their teeth and went on to make it count in the final as they downed Cootamundra Ex-Servicemen's pair Anthony Wilson and Jason Jones 18-16.
The Zone triples will be played at Young on July 3 and 4 with the next zone event the pennants finals on June 19 and 20.
