Mater Dei completed an undefeated run through this year's competition with a 39-point win over The Riverina Anglican College (TRAC), 4.10 (40) to 0.1 (1) in the final at Robertson Oval.
Mater Dei was on top early and landed the only two goals of the first half. They managed to keep TRAC scoreless until the final term, but even then still had the better of play for the majority of the quarter.
Mater Dei did not hold back, laying some crunching tackles that resulted in goals and linked up with each other well to send the ball forward.
It was Mater Dei's third straight title and they get the chance to defend their state title when they progress to the Southern NSW regional finals at Lavington Sportsground on June 9.
Mater Dei co-coach Harry Wichman was happy with the way the girls tackled the final.
"They were pretty good," Wichman said.
"We had a good practice match against Erindale (College) and that helped.
"I think we've just got a lot of speed and girls that know how to tackle. There is a lot of grunt in the team. We had a lot of girls who knew what to do and where to be, which helped us as well."

Mater Dei teacher Michelle Lumsden believes getting games into the girls helped deliver another title.
"They've done a really good job actually," Lumsden said.
"They're a great bunch of girls and they've played a few games now together and that bit of experience goes a long way."
Jess Wendt, Mekenzie Woodhouse and Cleo Buttifant impressed for Mater Dei, while Benny McKean and Lily Peacock tried hard for TRAC.
Meantime, Kildare Catholic College downed Mater Dei to win the under 15 girls final, 3.4 (22) to 3.0 (18).
