Lachlan Landrigan, 24, appeared at Wagga Local Court via video link from Bathurst Correctional Facility on Wednesday.
In May last year, the Junee man was driving a ute when it left the road and hit a tree on Pattersons Road at Harefield.
A 37-year-old woman, who was also from Junee, died at the scene, and Landrigan was taken to Wagga Base Hospital with chest and arm injuries.
On Wednesday, his solicitor notified Magistrate Christopher Halburd that there were pleas of guilty to sequences one, two and four.
IN OTHER NEWS:
All of these offences occurred on May 31, 2020 about 4.40pm.
His solicitor also said that other charges levelled against Landrigan will be withdrawn when the matter returns to court.
Magistrate Halburd informed Landrigan he would be committed for sentence in Wagga District Court.
"I accept your pleas," he said.
"You will appear by AVL [at the next court date]."
The matter will come before Judge Gordon Lerve at Wagga District Court to set down a date for sentencing on June 18.
