The under-14 Heat and Blaze teams and under-12 Heat all finished top of the division two ladder before the finals at Wollongong and Shoalhaven on May 22-23.
The under-12 Heat just missed out on the boys' division one finals after foul trouble affected them in a two-point loss to Canberra Two in the third and final round at Wollongong.
Four wins from as many games in the last round allowed the under-14 Heat to clinch top spot on the ladder with a dominant 11-1 record.
"The team worked hard mentally and physically between rounds, training to ensure they finished strong, and they did that will all ten players contributing to the wins," under-14 Heat coach Darryl Totaro said.
The results included a dominant 69-34 win over second-placed rivals Albury Cougars (10-2), in a strong build-up toward the finals.
Despite just missing the division one finals, under-12 Heat coach Wade Willoughby is confident the squad has what it takes to bring home silverware.
"On a different day we could easily have had some results go our way. Division two finals are our focus now and I'm pretty confident our squad has what it takes to win it," he said.
The Blaze under-14s look set to battle it out in finals with Shoalhaven, who inflicted their first loss on Wagga for the season with a 46-37 win in the last round.
"The girls played some awesome team basketball and had two good wins against Moss Vale and Illawarra," Blaze coach Mel Pankhurst said.
"We had our first loss of the season to a tough Shoalhaven team, but have finished on top of the ladder and are hungrier and more determined than ever leading into finals."
The under-16 Heat finished second in division two, the under-18 Heat topped their pool and the under-16 Blaze sit fourth with a 7-5 record.
