A WAGGA girl has been found deceased after she was reported missing from Mount Austin on Sunday afternoon.

Numerous units from the Riverina Police District, Volunteer Rescue Association, State Emergency Service and Fire and Rescue searched through the night and into Monday morning around the Mount Austin, Kooringal and Willans Hill areas.
The 12-year-old girl was located on Monday morning deceased.
Police said the circumstances surrounding her death were not being treated as suspicious, and her family have since been notified.
Riverina Police District Commander Superintendent Bob Noble urged any family, friends or others affected by the news to seek support.
