Mini football games scheduled for pre-game involving Turvey Park, Kangaroos, Brothers and Magpies have been cancelled, as has a performance from dance group Triple Threat Riverina.
Players will only be permitted in certain areas and will be unable to sign autographs and take pictures with fans after the game.
The Women's Country Championships final between Riverina and Newcastle-Maitland will still proceed, as will the Raiders-Knights NSW Cup clash.
While it's unfortunate timing after a COVID case was confirmed in Sydney this week, the Raiders have spent the past two days in Wagga and attended Thursday's Mortimer Shield, where they posed for photos and signed autographs.

With all 16 teams to be in Brisbane for Magic Round next weekend, Raiders coach Ricky Stuart said they're willing to adapt to ensure the game stays up and running.
"It's back to level three restrictions tomorrow (Saturday) and we'll fall into whatever protocols we have to," Stuart said.
"The players are well disciplined at that from all clubs now, they're experienced with it over the last 12 months, and we'll do whatever we have to do to keep the game running.
"We've got a very big weekend next weekend with Magic Round in Brisbane, and it's a positive move by the NRL in being proactive by putting everyone into level three."
Stuart said fans will still get a kick out of seeing some of the stars in their backyard.
"It's good for all the children to see their heroes up front and close," Stuart said.
"It's quite personal at these country grounds, they're close to the action and their idols. We did an appearance yesterday (Thursday) with a number of schools and young league players, and it was really good for our players and the community."
