Ofa Siale had her day ended by two yellow cards early in the second half before Amelia Lolotonga was handed a straight red late in the clash, but the Blacks powered on to victory at Exies Oval on Saturday.
The 32-0 result was Albury's first loss of the season.
Griffith coach Lama Lolotonga was pleased to come away with another win but it looking for plenty of improvement.
"The girls played girl on the weekend but we got a lot of penalties," Lolotonga said.
"We'll have to work on our discipline this week with a couple of red cards."

Both will face the Southern Inland judiciary on Wednesday.
However Lolotonga was pleased with how their defence stood up.
Griffith face another big test when they tackle CSU at Beres Ellwood Oval on Saturday.

Premiers Ag College got off the mark with a 24-5 win over Tumut while Waratahs run riot against Hay, claiming a 79-7 win.
Aggies will be looking to make it two on the trot against Wagga City, Leeton tackle Waratahs while Albury will be out to hit back against Tumut.
