After disposing of the Tigers the week before the Goannas are 2-0 to start the year, and face fellow unbeaten sides Coolamon and Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong over the next fortnight.
MCUE began slowly but found their rhythm in the second half, where they piled on 13 goals in the 20.17 (137) to 8.3 (51) win.
Trent Castles kicked eight goals and George Kendall contributed three as the Goannas put the pedal down after the main break.
"We put a lot of time and effort into our performance against the Tigers last week, and when you do that you want to make sure the group is ready to back up the week after," MCUE coach Jeremy Rowe said.
"We're really keen to make sure the difference between our best and worst is good.
"We trained all pre season with a focus on that round two game (against Tigers), we'd been held back with the bye first week. It's real easy to jump out of the blocks and be excited, but we didn't want a dip in our performance and to be professional.
"One of the most positive things today was our entries inside 50. We're a team that finds comfort in rebounding the footy, and the connection inside 50 was great."
They played the second half with no players on the bench with Jacob Whitley (ankle), Trent Cohalan (ankle) and Dom Bunyan (hamstring) failing to finish the game.

"Straight after the game it's difficult to know how bad those injuries are. They're not on a major scale by any stretch, but we'll see how they are 48 hours later in terms of what their chances are getting up next weekend," Rowe said.
Rowe said the group is looking forward to getting a proper gauge of their form against the Hoppers and Lions, who continued their unblemished starts with wins over Leeton-Whitton and Collingullie-Glenfield Park respectively on Saturday.
"As far as Coolamon and Ganmain go we've got so much respect for them and how they play," he said.
"They're such proud football clubs and the challenges that will be sent our way over the next two weeks will be as stiff as what we can be met with."
"We can't wait to see how our footy stands up against that opposition."
