The Cherrypickers are yet to taste defeat ahead of a rematch of last year's preliminary final with Tumut at Alfred Oval on Sunday.
Young showed they've got plenty of points with them in the first two rounds before just getting over Kangaroos last week.
The Blues shape as another big challenge fresh off the bye after a narrow loss to Kangaroos themselves.
Hall is looking for the side to step up.
"Defensively we were ok but there is plenty of room for improvement," Hall said.
"We want to be urgent, not desperate, and it's something I tell the boys often.
"That is the trick for us."
Young welcome back Ben McAlpine and Nayah Freeman on their left edge.
McAlpine missed the 14-8 win over Kangaroos due to a leg complaint while Freeman hasn't played since scoring a first half hat-trick in round one.
