Forest Hill residents on a 5G provider will now have access to high-speed coverage while those not yet on a 5G network will enjoy better and faster 4G coverage in the area.
"It's really exciting to roll out Telstra 5G connectivity in Forest Hill, meaning customers with 5G mobile devices can enjoy a better mobile experience," said Chris Taylor, Telstra's NSW Regional General Manager.

"There are more than one million 5G devices already connected to the Telstra network and thousands more 5G devices being added every week."
Forest Hill residents join more than 60 per cent of the population who now live in Telstra's 5G network zones.
The Australian telco plans to provide the high-speed service to more than 75 per cent of the population by the end of June 2021.
In a bid to deliver on their ambitious rollout target, Telstra are adding 60 new 5G sites to the country every week.
Currently, there are 3,100 sites on-air providing to more than 2,450 suburbs.
