The incident occurred just after 3am on Friday at Kyeamba, with a NSW Ambulance spokesperson saying crews arrived to a single patient.
"The truck appeared to have rolled and the driver managed to get out but was bleeding quite severely," they said.
The spokesperson said the driver was treated for cuts and bruises and taken to Albury Base Hospital as a precaution, in a stable condition.
One of two southbound lanes of the Hume Highway was closed, slowing traffic, with drivers urged to slow down and stay aware.
