Former Junee captain-coach Trent Schubach and winger Jarom Vakarewakobau were already at the Wagga club and now have been joined by Foley as well as forwards Pat Guthrie and Pat Sweeney.
While Guthrie and Sweeney were part of the big trial win over Orange Hawks last month, Foley is yet to make his debut for the club.

The 27-year-old was looking for a change of scenery and is confident he's made the right choice by leaving his junior club and linking with Southcity.
"One of the main reasons was to play under (Nathan Rose)," Foley said.
"He knows his stuff and is a very good coach.
"A few different things happened at Junee and I thought it was better for myself and a couple of the other boys to move on.
"It was a reoccurring trend over there at the moment and it needs to change.
"They've got a few things in place for the years to come hopefully to fix it.
"I don't want to see the club struggle but enough was enough for me, I've been putting up for it for a few years now so it's just time to try something else now.
"I'm coming towards the end half of my footy career so I don't want to waste this opportunity."
Foley scored a hat-trick in Riverina's first round win of the Country Championships and Bulls captain-coach Nathan Rose is thrilled to have him on board.
"He brings not only that X factor but a fair bit of experience too," Rose said.
"He will be good for us."
However where Foley will fit in the Bulls line up is yet to be decided.
He's played most of his career at fullback but Southcity are keen to give Latrell Siegwalt his shot in the number one jumper.
The Bulls have the bye as the Group Nine season gets under way this weekend so Rose has another week to try to work it out.
Centre looms as Foley's first role for the clash against Albury at Harris Park on April 18.
Rose also believes Guthrie and Sweeney will add to the club's forward depth.
"They will add a bit of depth to not only our first grade squad but through the club," he said.
"First and foremost they are good blokes to have around the club."
