The Marrar man was arrested after allegedly returning a positive roadside drug test and allegedly tested positive again when taken to Wagga Police Station.

It was the second time in two days police had stopped the driver, after the blue Hyundai sedan he was driving was pulled over on Thursday for random breath testing.

Riverina Highway Patrol Acting Inspector Brett Collins said it was "beyond belief" that motorists who were disqualified from driving would continue to drive.
"The fact that one of these drivers was caught driving on April Fool's Day I think says it all," he said.
"I cannot believe that this same driver then had the audacity to get behind the wheel again the following day.
"Be rest assured that if any motorist wants to drive when they have been banned from doing so they will face the full force of the law."
