Typically a day for Christian families to avoid red meat, Good Friday brings out the pescetarian - or chip cravings - in families.
Hayley Abbott from Narooma Seafood said they had been at "full speed" in preparation for the demand.
The business has been attending the Riverina Producers' Market since 2020 after COVID-19 impacted their ability to export.
"Everyone always seem to want prawns," Ms Abbot said.

"Unfortunately oysters are pretty slim because of the rain on the coast which forced the closure on the farms."
Ms Abbot said Wagga "has saved our butts", and thanked the community for continuing to support them through the pandemic.
New Oceanic owner John Spanos said Good Friday was the biggest day of his year.
"It's our fish that's always very popular," he said.
"We haven't had any issues with supplies, but we have had a busy time preparing. Happy Easter to everyone. Drive safe."
