The bridge and its road approaches were damaged by heavy rain and flooding during March, forcing the closure of the Burley Griffin Way between the Olympic Highway at Wallendbeen and Milvale Road in Temora.
Diversions via the Olympic Highway and Goldfields Way are in place indefinitely.
Transport for NSW said round-the-clock work to demolish the bridge began on Tuesday morning and was completed on Wednesday.

Further work to replace the bridge is now under way.
Cootamundra MP Steph Cooke said it was likely a temporary road bridge would be constructed to allow a new, permanent main bridge to be built.
Sydney-Melbourne XPT services were also affected, with the rail line closed between Cootamundra and Yass during the demolition.
A Transport for NSW spokesman said trains resumed operating on the section of track on Wednesday night.
