A man has been charged after he was found driving with a licence that has been disqualified for the next 10 years.

Around 1.30 on Saturday afternoon, police were patrolling Old Junee when they stopped a Subaru Liberty for a random drug test.
The driver, a 42-year-old man, allegedly tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine.
Police are awaiting further test results before any drug driving charges might be laid.

The man was charged with driving on a disqualified licence and outstanding warrants. He was also issued a ticket for driving a vehicle with defective tyres.
He has been refused bail and appeared in Wagga Local Court on March 28, where he was formally refused bail.
He will appear again before Wagga Local Court on April 28.
Police are continuing to appeal to the public to report dangerous driving to local police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
