The driver, who was aged under 18, was the sole occupant of the car when it rolled in the Temora region on March 21, 2020.

Emergency services, including police, responded, but the young man died at the scene.

The Riverina Police District established Strike Force Twyford to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash, leading detectives to confirm the driver had attended a licensed premises in Temora the previous evening.

Last November, local police arrested two people, alleging that the deceased had been given a number of alcoholic drinks by both the licensee and a patron known to the teenager.

At Temora Local Court on Wednesday, the solicitor for licensee Kathleen Patricia James pleaded guilty to multiple charges on her client's behalf.

These included three counts of selling liquor to a minor on licensed premises, two counts of a person related to licensed premises supplying alcohol to a minor and licensee/employee sell/supply liquor to an intoxicated person.

James will appear before Temora Local Court on April 22 for sentencing.

The pub's patron, James Douglas Reid, also entered pleas of guilty through his solicitor on Wednesday.

These included person unrelated to licensed premises supplying liquor to a minor, destroying or damaging property and an excluded person remaining in the vicinity of licensed premises.

Reid will appear before Temora Local Court on April 28 for sentencing.
