Earlier this month, officers from Highway Patrol started an investigation after receiving complaints in the Junee area.
Police attended a home in Junee on March 16 and placed a form of demand on the owner of an orange Holden Commodore.
It's alleged a driver of the car conducted a 130m-long burnout on Cedric Street, Junee and vision was circulated on social media.
Following further inquiries, a 29-year-old man was issued with a court attendance notice for interfering with person's enjoyment or risk safety and his licence was suspended.

A 19-year-old man was issued with a future court attendance notice in relation to filming the burnout.
Both men are due to appear in Junee Local Court on May 7.
Acting Inspector Brett Collins from Riverina Highway Patrol said behaviour like this on the road is totally unacceptable.
"It is alarming to see a person behind the wheel of a car behaving in this manner," he said.
"Not only is this behaviour dangerous, it also puts other innocent members of the public at risk, and we simply won't tolerate it."
Anyone with information about dangerous driver behaviour is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or https://nsw.crimestoppers.com.au.
