Tayla Coad said she was driving through the intersection outside the Farmers Home Hotel towards Lake Albert about 9.30 on Thursday night when a white utility turned right into her path from Hammond Avenue onto Tarcutta Street.
"I was in shock but thought he was going to help as he'd stopped briefly, but then he just took off again," she said.
"I was so upset and started to cry, but thankfully other drivers were stopping to see if I was okay and a guy at the Farmers rushed over to help me move my car off the road."

While Miss Coad was lucky to escape physically unscathed, the damage to her car was significant.
She said the experience left her thinking "What if?".
"I could have died in that instance, if I was going even a kilometre faster or swerved slightly or braked too late, I could have been killed," Ms Coad said.
"I hope whoever was driving had a restless sleep last night because they didn't stop to even find out if I was okay."
Witnesses and Miss Coad said it was a white utility at fault, believed to have also had a white bull bar.
"The tow truck driver said the big scrape on my bonnet from the bull bar had bits of white paint, so it must have been painted white," she said.
The incident has been reported to police, and anyone with dashcam footage or who may have seen the incident is urged to contact Wagga Police Station on 6922 2599.
"I just hope someone sees a ute with damage to the front driving around, or that the red light cameras at the intersection or Farmer's CCTV caught something," Miss Coad said.
"To be honest, I don't know if I will be okay getting behind the wheel again."
