The 100 Club gala dinner saw the city's businessmen and women get dressed to the nines for the 2021 sponsorship draw, naming the lucky business who will get to sponsor the annual Gold Cup.
MTC CEO Steven Keene said it was a fantastic night, as attendees relished the chance to dress up and mingle.
Out of the 100 parties, the last remaining in the draw who hadn't yet received a sponsored race date for the next 12 months won the naming rights to the big event.
"The draw went ahead, and we are stoked that Harvey Norman won," Mr Keene said.
"They are a franchise, but the local store has been a great supporter of the MTC for a number years."
"They are excited."
Mr Keene said ticket sales are going strong, and they are expecting a potential record crowd this year.
