After falling short in last year's schoolboys cricket title, TRAC returned to the top after a dominant batting display.
Winning the toss and batting, TRAC set Wagga High School 207 for victory at Geoff Lawson Oval on Tuesday.
Ryan Collins got TRAC off to a flyer, with a quickfire 25, before Perryman and Billy Glanvill really accelerated their innings.
Opener Perryman made 107 in the Twenty20 clash while Glanvill was unbeaten on 54.
After falling short against Mater Dei Catholic College last season, Perryman was thrilled to go one better.
"We didn't have the greatest game in the grand final last year so it is good to perform this time and get the win," Perryman said.
"I got a bit lucky and had plenty of good batters batting with me so that was the main thing."
Luke Fellows then added more pressure with a strong start with the ball.
He finished with 1-10 off his four overs.
Blake Walker (40) offered some resistance but the big total was far too much for Wagga High, who finished at 4-147.
After battling back in their semi-final against Mater Dei on Monday, coach Michael Reynolds was thrilled to see Glanvill play another important role in the grand final to go through the competition undefeated.
"We were in trouble early after they (Mater Dei) made 105," Reynolds said.
"We were hoping to get rid of Ed Grigg quite early, who made 35, and then we were 2-2 early.
"We lost Joe and Luke Fellows for ducks the day before so it made Joe's innings on Tuesday such an important innings.
"To come back off that and make 100 in the final is great but one of the best innings on the Monday night was Bill Glanvill.
"He made 66 not out coming in at 2-2 and it was some fantastic batting.
"It really set us up. It was probably our most important innings of the competition."
It helped ensure a big display in the final.
"Every coach wants that perfect innings played and I think we were 0-100 after 11 overs," Reynolds said.
"It allowed Joe to start scoring more freely before Bill came in and they took the score up to 200 pretty quickly.
"It was the perfect innings."
