Fire and Rescue NSW Riverina Zone Superintendent Stewart Alexander said a heavy vehicle tow truck was working to remove the truck from the scene.
"It was just the one vehicle involved, and thankfully no injuries were reported for the driver," he said.
"We beleive the truck was carrying woodchips, and the crash left some oil and diesel spilled over the road which our crews are busily working to clean up."
Superintendent Alexander said the cause of the accident remains unknown.
