Corey Dean Ireland, of Kyeamba, faces multiple counts of dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception.
The matter was mentioned in Wagga Local Court yesterday, Mr Ireland was not required to appear.
The office of the Director of Public Prosecutions asked to adjourn the charge certification due to the fact the matter is "exceptionally complex and large".
No pleas have been entered.

Each of the alleged offences ranged in value from $45,000 to $605,000.
Investigators searched a rural property at Kyeamba last December, seizing computers and documentation.
More than 400 Angus cows and calves were also inspected.
Mr Ireland remains on bail and the case is due to return to court in April.
