The event will be held on May 14 and 15, with organisers saying it will be "rejuvenated" after the coronavirus-forced cancellation in 2020.
The weekend will once again be showcasing all the latest in agricultural machinery and products, but this year it will be with numerous hygienic protocols in place.
Organiser Roly Zappacosta said he is confident they will be able to hold the event in a way which follows all of the latest guidelines.

"We've been eagerly awaiting any new information about COVID restrictions and we're seeing how other field days are getting back into the swings of things," he said. "So we are confident we too can implement a COVID safe event for everyone to enjoy."
Tickets will only be available online, there will be a COVID safety officer on site, and staff will manage numbers in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Mr Zappacosta said he felt the return of the event would be a good thing for the Griffith and Riverina community.
"Events such as the Riverina Field Days is so important for the community, for tourism and for our local economy. I also think the community want to get back to 'normality'," he said.
Last year's cancelled event was tipped to set to be centered around the health and well-being of farmers, and this year it will hope to shine a light on the topic again.
"Given what we've experienced this year, mental health is very important not just for farmers, but for the whole community," Mr Zappacosta said.
The event will once again be held at the Griffith Showgrounds.
