"Due to a forecast temperature of or above 41 degrees Celsius, the Oasis Regional Aquatic Centre will provide free entry until 6pm [Sunday] to patrons," the council posted on Facebook.
"Council is expecting an increased number of patrons to visit the pool and due to COVID-19 restriction, capacity limits are in place.
"All visitors are urged to follow the directions of staff, drink plenty of water, be patient and to use the waste bins provided for their rubbish."
Councillors voted in 2019 to offer free entry to the Oasis centre on days above 40 degrees as a way to help the community shelter from extreme heat.
