JENNA McCallum is hopeful Leeton-Whitton can make an immediate return to the Riverina League netball finals after signing on as A-grade and A-reserve coach for this season.

McCallum, who has previously coached a C-grade premiership at the Crows, returned to the club for last year's AFL Riverina Championship after three years at university.
The mid-courter will be assisted by defender Katie Clyne, who has also returned to the Crows' fold from Sydney.
"Down in Geelong I coached one of the lower grade and played a bit to keep me busy, but it's my first year doing more than a development role with kids coming through," McCallum said.
"I came back and played the small season we had last year, so I thought while I'm here I'll put my hand up. It's a challenge but I'm up for it."
Leeton-Whitton finished fifth in the six-team competition last year, just outside of finals, and McCallum expects the Crows to have a competitive squad.
"We had a few players come back last year because of COVID who weren't necessarily going to be playing, and a couple of them will be going back to where they were previously, but a couple others have moved back to town," she said.
"We should also hopefully get a few fresh faces, but personnel-wise it won't change too much."
McCallum said being a playing coach will be one of the major adjustments to master.
"The majority of coaching I've been doing has been on the sideline and not playing, so that will be a new experience for me," she said. '
