AN earthquake has been recorded to Wagga's north at the weekend, making for a shaky Sunday evening in the Riverina.

Geoscience Australia recorded the quake between 3-4pm on Sunday, January 10, near Stockinbingal, with a magnitude of 2.0 on the Richter Scale.
One person reported feeling the incident mildly as far away as Alleena, which equates to more than 100km away in distance.
No significant damage has been reported or noticed at this stage.
