Riverina made it two wins from as many games on the border after the South Wagga product blasted his way to triple figures.
Scott, who averages 79 in Wagga Cricket this season, came in at number three and finished unbeaten on 108 as Riverina finished their 50 overs at 5-221 at Bilson Oval on Wednesday.
His 162-ball innings featured seven boundaries.
He put on a valuable 119-run partnership with Oscar Lyons (56) in the win.
After a three-wicket win over Illawarra, where Scott made 32 to start the tournament, Riverina never looked in doubt as Western as the bowled them out for 137 with 10 overs to spare.
It puts them in a good position in the southern conference of the under 16s tournament.
South Wagga teammate Noah Harper took 2-23 after being removed for zero at the top of Riverina's batting order.
Meanwhile Riverina have lost their second straight match in the Country Colts.
After losing 8-19 to slump to a three-run loss against Illawarra on Tuesday, Riverina proved no match for Western.
Sending their rivals in backfired as Western finished at 3-221.
In response, Riverina was bowled out for 130.
Both sides tackle ACT Southern Districts on Thursday to finish their week.
