Blake Jones drove at hat-trick at Leeton's New Year's Day meeting and has five chances on Tuesday.
Originally Jones and partner Ellen Bartley were heading to Swan Hill with three of their pacers, but elected against making the trip due to border issues.
Instead the 31-year-old now heads to Temora for the club's first of two meetings for the week.
He rated two Darrell Hillier runners, Redbank Rockabear and A Good Ideal, as the best of his chances.
Both are new acquisitions.
"Redbank Rockabear did actually trail alright at Leeton a while back but it lead up that day but I'm not too sure what it's like from behind," Jones said.
"It's two runs since it has gone to Darrell's isn't too bad so it's in with a chance."
Temora will also hold their Carnival of Cups meeting on Saturday.
Jones will also drive Charlie Studleigh for Paul Symes, Conrod Kenze for Peter Dennis and Stormwatch for David Micallef.
Meanwhile Jones is looking to target the Junee Pacers Cup, with heats to be run on January 19, with Nowhere Creek after his success at Leeton last week.
After three wins and a second from five starts since joining the stable Jones has been pleased with the improvement he's shown.
"He just keeps getting that little bit better and has surprised us a little bit," he said.
"He is racing really good.
"I think he is better off driven with a sit, he had to go fairly early the other day but held them off not too bad as he switched off when they drifted off the track and weren't right next to him towards the finish.
"He will go to Junee now for the cup."
However stable star Forever Yin won't and will have a let up after finishing last in the group one Vicbred Super Series final for three-year-old colts and geldings last week.
